Our compensation structure gives you the stability to build your clientele while creating a clear path toward greater earning potential as your performance grows. Start with a guaranteed hourly wage while you build. As your demand and productivity increase, you’ll transition into our 40–60% performance-based commission structure, with opportunities to earn at increasingly higher rates as your impact grows.
