Christian is that haircutting guy—the one who makes cool, intentional cuts look effortless (but it’s all in the skill). Originally from NYC, he brought his sharp eye for style and technical craft to Jacksonville when he co-founded Rose Darling, creating the kind of salon space he always wanted to work in.

He’s known for his elevated approach to shape, texture, and precision—whether you're after a lived-in shag, clean bob, razor-cut layers, or something totally custom. Christian blends creative instinct with serious technique, making each haircut feel modern, wearable, and totally unique to you.

He leads Rose Darling’s cutting education program and is constantly taking advanced classes to stay ahead of the curve. Haircutting is more than a job for him—it’s his craft, and he’s always leveling up.

When he's not behind the chair, you'll probably catch him cycling around Jax, rolling at jiujitsu, or digging into the best vegan eats in town.

Lisa is the founder of Rose Darling and the stylist you want in your corner if you're craving cool, effortless, elevated hair. She’s a blonding specialist through and through—whether you’re after soft, dimensional color or a bold, high-impact transformation, Lisa will make you feel like that girl (but still 100% like yourself).

She got her start at the legendary Vidal Sassoon, where she learned the art of precision, detail, and doing things the right way. That training laid the foundation for everything she does—and she's still all about the learning. Lisa’s constantly taking education classes, staying tapped into what’s next in hair because she genuinely lives and breathes this industry.

She’s also the queen of K-tip extensions. Want longer hair? More volume? A little extra drama? Lisa’s your girl. She blends extensions so seamlessly you won’t know where your hair ends and the magic begins.

Outside the salon, you’ll probably catch her running absurd distances (ultramarathons, no big deal), perfecting some delicious vegan recipe, or plotting the next big move for Rose Darling. Lisa’s chair is equal parts chill hangout and transformation zone—and you’ll always leave feeling like your most confident, put-together self.

Lily is a Jacksonville-based hairstylist specializing in lived-in color, dimensional blonding, and soft layered haircuts that grow out seamlessly. Her work is all about that effortless, low-maintenance look—hair that still looks good weeks later (not just when you leave the salon).

She’s known for creating natural-looking blondes and soft layers that add movement without making your daily routine harder. Translation: you don’t need to fight with your hair every morning to make it work.

Outside the salon, Lily leans into anything creative—usually painting or spending time at the beach. She brings that same relaxed, artistic energy into her work, helping clients feel confident, put-together, and like the best version of themselves (without overthinking it).

Haircutting Specialist

Chad has been cutting hair for over 20 years and—respectfully—he’s really good at it. Trained at Vidal Sassoon and shaped by years in New York City at Arrojo, he built his career around precision haircutting, education, and creating shapes that just work.

He focuses exclusively on cutting—no color, no distractions—just clean, modern haircuts that grow out right. Think bobs, shags, short cuts, and soft layers that move naturally and don’t require a full routine to look good.

He also spent years teaching advanced cutting classes and contributing to the creative direction in NYC salons (including curating music and DJing events—because of course).

Now based in Jacksonville, Chad brings a level of haircutting expertise that’s rare to find locally.
